How do I secure my Booking?

Each booking accompanies a Commitment Contract and a non-refundable Retainer of 30% of your overall cost. (See Cancelation Policy)

Can I extend the session on the day of?

It is not uncommon for events/ sessions to run longer. If additional time is requested by the client beyond the said agreed time, overtime will be computed based on the Custom Collection rate listed in the A la Carte section of the Pricing Guide.

Is there a Travel Cost?

All photo sessions outside the "Borough of Brooklyn" will be charged a Travel Expense Fee based on total mileage, tolls and parking fees.

How soon do I get my images?

This truly depends on the scope of your event. On average, 1-2hr sessions will be delivered within 2-3 weeks and photos for events longer than 3hrs will be delivered within 3-4 weeks. Micro-Weddings and full day Wedding coverage turnaround is 6-8 weeks, if not sooner.

Do you customize packages?

Yes I do. Although all of our featured packages are designed to meet your needs and expectations, I offer additional Custom Collections upon request, specifically for Weddings and special Events.

What is included with each package?

You will receive Full Printing Rights (Photo Release) along with a Personalized Private Online Gallery containing fully edited images. Additional services are offered for our Custom Wedding Collections.

Will there be a second shooter?

A second shooter will not be offered for events up to 4 hours of coverage. For full day Wedding coverage, I recommend and encourage my couples to book a second shooter since it is for a small fee and having one is priceless. You will find this service listed in the A la Carte section of the Pricing Guide that I share will all my couples upon request.
